Working with us
Where is Sault Digital based?
We’re a digital studio based in Melbourne, Victoria. We design and build websites, software and brands, and run SEO and digital marketing for businesses across Melbourne and Australia.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. Most of our work happens over video calls and shared tools, so we work with businesses right across Australia. If you’re in Melbourne, we’re always happy to meet in person.
What does Sault Digital do?
We design and build websites in custom code, Framer, Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify, build custom software and web apps, create brand identities, and grow businesses with SEO and digital marketing such as Google Ads and Meta ads.
How do I get a quote?
Send us an enquiry through our contact page or book a free 20 minute call. We’ll ask a few questions about your goals and scope, then send a written quote so you know exactly what’s included.
How do you price projects?
Websites, software and branding are priced as fixed projects based on scope. SEO and digital marketing are priced as a monthly fee. Everything is agreed in writing before any work starts, with no hidden extras.
What happens after I get in touch?
We start with a short call to understand what you need. Then we send a proposal with scope, timeline and price. Once you’re happy, we kick off with a discovery session and get to work.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear idea of your goals, access to any existing website or accounts, and your brand assets if you have them. Don’t worry if you’re missing pieces, we’ll help you work out what’s needed.
Who will I be working with?
A small team of designers, developers and marketers, led by our founder. You’ll know who is working on your project and have a direct line to them throughout.
Do I own my website, brand and accounts?
Yes. Your website, design files, brand assets, domain and ad accounts belong to you. We set things up in your name so you always keep full ownership and control.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We offer website care plans for updates, backups and small changes, plus ongoing SEO and marketing if you want to keep growing after launch.
Do you work with startups and new businesses?
Yes. We help new businesses with branding, a first website and a launch plan, and we can scale up with you as you grow.
