01 · THE PROBLEM
Every weekend, agents collect buyer details on paper or an iPad. Then the real work starts: typing names into the CRM, ringing every buyer for feedback, and writing up updates for the vendor. The problem was clear, it happened every week, and every agent we spoke to recognised it.
Messy handwriting, missing numbers, and every name typed into the CRM by hand.
Calling every buyer after the open, with half going straight to voicemail.
Writing it all up for the vendor, then taking the follow-up call anyway.
02 · THE APPROACH
Openy doesn’t try to replace an agency’s CRM. It handles everything from the moment a buyer walks through the door to the moment the vendor reads their feedback, and nothing else.

Buyers scan the QR code on their own phone and sign in. No app, no paper.

A short form is texted after the open, so feedback comes in on its own.

Every buyer lands on a call list ranked by interest, and flows into the CRM.

The vendor sees sign-ins and feedback live, any time they like.
03 · THE DESIGN
The most important screen is the one a buyer sees when they scan the QR code. They’re standing in a hallway, often with a group behind them.
So signing in takes seconds, needs no app, and only asks for what the agent actually uses. Even the buyer type and “do you have a place to sell first?” questions earn their spot: they’re how agents spot their next listing.

AFTER THE OPEN
An hour after they sign in, every buyer gets a text with their own feedback link. Tap how keen they are, what they loved, what’s holding them back and what they think it’ll sell for. Thirty seconds, done.
04 · THE AGENT’S SIDE
Every buyer lands on one screen, ranked by how keen they are. Hot buyers are flagged, buyers who need to sell first become appraisal leads, and contract requests sit at the top until they’re sent. Everything flows on to the agency’s CRM.
05 · THE VENDOR’S SIDE
Each campaign gets a live report link. Vendors see groups through, how keen buyers are, what they think it’ll sell for and what they’re saying in their own words, plus a weekly note from their agent. No more Monday morning update calls.

07 · WHAT WE LEARNED
Five lessons from taking Openy from an idea to a live product, and the same thinking we bring to every client build.
